Make Ahead Monday #14

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! I'm proud to say that I made it through Easter without breaking my sugar fast! This time around, the fast has been much easier, partly I'm sure to the accountability of my blog community!

This week is going to be pretty busy. We've got the Strawberry Festival coming up in our little town, and this will be my first time experiencing it, since we just moved here this past May. We've also got some company coming in from out of town who's going to be doing some acting in a movie being filmed in the area! That's exciting!

Also, I'll be 36 weeks pregnant on Wednesday! Little Korban is getting really big, and we're almost ready for his debut!

So, for making food ahead...we'll just have to see what the week brings. I've got a Vitacost order bringing me some coconut flakes, coconut oil, and Stevia, so I'll probably get into a baking mood later this week. For the most part, I plan to use a few things from the freezer this week to make things a little less busy.

Please share some posts from your blog of favorite meals and dishes that can be prepared ahead of time! I'm stocking my freezer for the arrival of our new baby, and could use all the ideas I can get!

  1. I am sharing fun facts about dandelion. This is not a make ahead meal... but you could dry them for tea! ;)
